Good morning Chief, Its refreshing to see a Senior NCO posting these videos on RU-vid. I’m currently in the Army Guard, been in 9 years im an E6 promotable. But after this contract thinking about crossing over to the Navy Reserve. By then I’ll have 12 years in which I talked to the recruiter they said that is fine and I’ll keep my rank. My question for you is have you ever met Sailors who came from other branches? And what advice would you give someone coming in with 12 years in? And would you recommend BM?
