This must be an older video of them. They still have Engine 41-1, but it's more less their Reserve Engine only at this point. They run their new Engine 41, and Squad 41 on the vast majority of their calls now.
@@temjr09170 then that means that either their Engine 41, and Squad 41 were either out on other calls, or, this may have been a Mutual Aid Call to another nearby Company, and the OIC decided to roll with 41-1
@@temjr09170 oh that's right. I forgot they did change that after they sold Rescue 41. I remember when the Squad was brand new, and they made it first due on MVC's, and Rescue 41 became 2nd due, then they sold Rescue 41 a few years ago, but I thought that when they sold that, they made the new Engine 41 2nd due at MVC's behind the Squad.
Hey I've got a question how come some of those pickup trucks that went through the intersection had yellow lights on their light bars, but they had sirens as well. And just about every state in the United States Amber or yellow lights mean caution not emergency vehicle that's generally reserved for red and blue lights with a combination of white, so how do trucks up there respond to emergencies with Amber or yellow light bars with sirens that's strange?
Basically it's just an engine, usually departments in DELCO will do (for example) Engine 17, Engine 17-1, Squad 17. BUT Aston has already used Squad-17 for the rescue aparatus even though i believe it does not have a pump on it. Some departments have smaller mini-pumpers and they'll call that a Tac, it's just a universal name for fire supression piece.
