For chickens, a brooder box is the place in which hens will sit on eggs. Typically a small area that makes them feel safe when they are antisocial-- looks kinda like a big birdhouse but missing a wall.
Can i ask why do you freeze all excessive breast milk? is it for future use, when your milk stops or you donate it? Sorry for asking, i dont have kids and dont know why mums freeze their milk. Thank you.
You have to freeze it within a few days or you can’t use it anymore. I make a decent amount more than the baby eats a day so we freeze it for either future use or donation. I periodically donate a few 100 oz at a time just so the freezer isn’t super full, but I also like to have extra just in case. When I had my daughter I ended up getting sick and needing to take antibiotics I couldn’t breastfeed with so I was able to just use the frozen milk so she was able to keep eating breast milk rather than taking formula for a week or two. I’ve also seen people pump a lot and freezes much milk if they can so they can either baby for a year but they end up stopping actually pumping or breast-feeding a few months before because they have enough saved in the freezer to make it through the year mark
@@RachelBurnns Put in the washer with the curtains so it will help agitation and just rehang. Plastic and cloth liners...I've stopped using the plastic. I get the fabric liner from Target, super happy with the look and durability!
Oh jeez, Downy is soooo toxic. Makes me really ill. I'm sure it's really bad for kids. They are far more susceptable to random manmade and airborn chemistry. Amazing that people convince other people to pay the first people money for stuff that has no benefit and leads to harm.
I’m not at all trying to convince anyone to use downy I just said that’s what I use, you can use whatever you like! I have no benefit to promoting downy other than the fact that I like it :)
I have recently started giving my dogs a treat puzzle one at a time while i clean the kitchen. Getting to see them sniff is funny and motivating for me to clean the kitchen during, and it gets them all tuckered out for the nighttime. Plus i nake a little game out of it for myself, like maybe i can finish the kitchen before they all finish their game I have yet to win lol
My old House had a spare bedroom that we used to use for foster kids, but when my mom stopped fostering it became a literal hoarding room 😂 i didnt think anyone else had something like this, and your room looks WAY cleaner than ours was. Its nice to remember this can happen and to prevent it, nice video!
@@kyraflavin8027 no seriously it’s crazy how much I’ve learned from just scrolling on social media and seeing what other people think is normal to clean 😂
@@RachelBurnns My 5 yearold sister got a special ceramic piece for olives from mom's friend. When she's asked to go get a weekend treat? A jar of olives. She even had olives on her christmas list, she got them and when she opened it she was so happy🤣.
@@hon3y_b33 hahaha I love that, she’s obsessed. She can reach the fridge door now so she’s constantly opening it and bring me the jar to open for her 😂
I can’t even look at a bag of shredded cheese without her screaming mommy cheese 🤦♀️😂 half of it ends up on the floor but she loves cheese and the dogs love when she gets it lol
It’s important to remember that kids are naturally messy, and that’s okay. Cleaning is a cyclical process, and a perfectly spotless home is unrealistic. Instead of publicly shaming your child for typical behavior, try to appreciate the joy and energy they bring into your life. Not everyone has the privilege of experiencing that. I hope you can find more positive ways to share your journey and find contentment in the everyday chaos. You might find "How to Keep House While Drowning" to be a helpful resource for managing the cleaning process.
100% not trying to “publicly shame” my daughter, do you have a toddler? If so you would understand the “haha eye roll” when they dump the same basket of toys out for the 5th time today but you don’t actually care because they’re entertained by it and it’s not a big deal.
It’s sooo good! 1.5 scoops vanilla protein 12 oz fair life low fat milk 2 tbsp cottage cheese 1 tsp peppermint extract pinch of sea salt 1 tbsp chocolate chips melted optional - green food coloring The chocolate is just melted chocolate chips and you kind of push it down in the little hole the blade makes and it mixes in so well without huge chunks
kid to kid, it's been around longer than once upon a child. From what I remember my mom always sold clothes, old strollers, clean toys and other things and got decent pay
I prefer the target brand bags because they’re a rectangle, these bags I got sent from my insurance and the shape is so annoying for making milk bricks with. What other bags should I try?
Yes she’s worn those before, but I’m trying to get her off of just peeing her pants when she needs to go. I don’t want her thinking it’s okay to pee her pants if she’s in the car, if she has an accident it’s one thing but I don’t want it to make a different problem
@@timothygraves1531 we have one in the house kind of like that too, it looks like a normal white toilet and makes a flushing noise. She’s been good about going on the big toilet though so now I might just move that one into my car
Those big gray things are disgusting. Looks like something you'd stick in someone's mouth so they wouldn't talk! And they can't be comfortable for a baby. The smaller one does what appears to be a good job and if the baby's comfortable with it, that's all that matters
