Ich finde deine Videos echt gut gemacht/ gut gefilmt. 😍👍🏻 Wenn ich deine Videos anschauen, bin ich total entspannt, klingt wahrscheinlich total bescheuert. Es gibt andere Videos von anderen, wo ich nur denke , wann sind die Videos zu Ende. Bei deinen kann ich echt nicht genug bekommen und dann sind die Videos meines Befinden total schnell vorbei auch wenn es Videos sind die über 10 Minuten gehen. Und die Musik ist auch total entspannend 😍 Ich hoffe es gibt bald wieder neue Videos. Und die Lebensmittel sehen immer so köstlich aus 😍
I had huge urge to stuff my mouth with chocolate but this helped me a lot i dont know why but just to imagine that i am eating what u are makes me feel so much better. Tysm
i know this video is 3 years old but im going to share my advice with people still watching: i had a couple binge episodes, not so extreme but still not pleasant, so when i used to get the URGE i would chug down water until i felt phisically sick, almost like i was gonna throw up. GUYS ISTG IT WORKS
It hurts to see you binge on grocery-store pastries that don’t look very good. You deserve so much better. These videos are from 3 years ago, and I hope you are doing well in your recovery.
4:25 I remember also eating regular sugary cookies and protein bars w/o sugar at the same time and I felt so bad but also tried to make myself convince it’s not “as bad” since the bar has no sugar even though the calorie amount is the same. This is hard
How often do you have these binges, and how do you get back on track after a binge? How do you normally eat when not binging, and how long does it take you to get back on track after a binge? Do you exercise or purge to counteract the calories? Also, do you have high blood sugar levels?
Gym doesn’t help when you have cheat days like that… unless you born 1000 kcal anytime you go… stick to one cheat meal and you won’t feel too eat that much 😘

Did your bf left you? I mean if I was your bf I would leave you too.. have you reached 200kg yet?! Not wanting to be rude I just binged too 3500 calories, being in deep depression in poor country, but that's like once or twice every month and only on specific sweets. Plus I'm less than 80kgs. You buy lots of different things and eat a lot more, and on top, you binge way too much and live in luxury.. And you are already obese. You are not sick or anything like that. Just lazy. It's like me saying oh I don't have muscles like these guys I'm fat so what to do I better binge on sweets more cuz I'm fat.. Noo, you start working on yourself and improve. Its hard work building muscles. I hope that's a woke up call for you. Because once you hit 30s is downhill from there and things will get worse faster than before. You might already have a condition like Insulin resistance meaning you will get bigger faster

What will happen if African people discover your channel or some developing Asian countries?! Will there be happy comments you think? They want to express their feelings just like you do by posting videos.

The most i binge on is icecream. Bought a lot. Chips also. You can eat without stoping its crazy. Also pizza. Had 3 pizzas for 1 day before, 2000+ calories. I have done chocolate on croisant before as well.
This weekend i have a birthday. Its also end of the month. And end of spring season. End of old me. So i am planning all week to binge on sweets, pizza etc. Then i start fresh.
ik im 1 yr later but you are binging because you are restricting yourself during the week, like u said *diet* allow yourself something sweet during the week and dont restrict, just track the calories. Less likely to binge when the week is over.
Ok so I do binge but I don't binge due to my emotions. Instead I binge when I am bored or watching TV or mobile. That's quite sad I hate binging but now am trying to control it either I am binging once a week or no binging. I try to remain always busy doing some work ☺️
