I attended Monash University and earned my medical degree (MBBS) in 2013 with First Class Honours. In recognition of my academic performance, I was awarded the Bryan Hudson Prize in Medicine, the Monash Health Emergency Medicine Prize and the Monash Health Medical Academic Scholarship.
After graduating from medical school, I gained a broad range of clinical experience including General Medicine, General Surgery, Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, Nephrology and Radiation Oncology. I am currently working in General Practice (aka Family Medicine).

Im the only one in my freind group who hasent smoked a cigerette or doesnt currently smoke. At parties i literally put one in my mouth and act like im smoking just to join them on smoke breaks. Ive never actually lit it tho and i've been doing this since hs
I drink a whey protein shake immediately after my resistance training sessions (and ONLY then). I also consume casein protein. Normally you take that right before bed but I just cannot do that because I am up 4x/night going to the bathroom. So, instead I eat that first thing in the morning. I do 18:6 IF so my first meal of the day isn't until about 1:30pm. Consuming casein protein first thing in the morning helps ensure my protein levels don't drop as much as they would if I was doing a true fast during that time.
I was fine 2 days ago and all a sudden yesterday i have lower back pain and its hard to bend over. i didn't even do anything to cause it which is weird. only thing i can think of for the cause is my shitty computer chair.

There was a period of two months during which I took protein powder. Over it my head itched, and lots of hair fell. I noticed they were too thin, furthermore I noticed empty space that I wasn't used to see in my head. As soon as I stopped taking proteins, the itch ended and the rate of fallen hair turned normal. I've never taken anymore protein powder. I met other two people with the same witness. Talking to a nutritionist he sad that it probably was an allergic reaction. Now I want to try again but with another brand of protein powder. As soon as my head starts itching again I will never use those proteins anymore. I had severe back pain that lasted 24 hours a day for two weeks,then the pain stopped. I had been to the doctor at least five times to find out what was going on and nobody could give me an answer. One time they said I had bleeding in my back but did nothing. i quite smoking a month ago and yesturday was literally my 31th day without a cigarate after 15 years! I should say, i already seeing lots of positive changes in me and it was really worth it to quit. Just the first week was very hard and now, i dont have any craving anymore! i was smoking 30 cigarates a day.
