Growing up in a Christian and immigrant household, I had many unanswered questions and unmet mental and emotional needs. I was agnostic for a few years before I began my faith journey at 17 years old. As I got my training in psychiatry, I realized there was little to no mention of spirituality. I am learning how faith and spiritual perspective work perfectly with mental and emotional health journey. I want to share that with you so we can all grow together.
