I may be a little partial, but it's undeniable what a great Coach Heather is! I can't say enough on how important a coach is to the student athlete experience.
Both Dr Lance Liotta & Dr Chip Petricoin are incredible researchers & amazing bosses! I worked for Dr Petricoin when he was still at the FDA doing a joint project w/ Dr Liotta at the NCI trying to create a test to detect Ovarian Cancer early by using Proteins. While I was administrative, Program assistant, both made highly complex biological processes accessible to all. Watching them guide the undergrad researchers to Post doc fellow, their patience & hands on guidance helped make all much better scientists!
