For everyone blowing hundreds on aging clocks and latest supplement, I would recommend routine blood testing - complete blood count, D3, B12, ApoB, metabolic panel (especially liver and kidney health), hormone status, iron panel, Omega 3 statis, heavy metal load. One time test for ApoE and Lp(a). Learn what's optimum and work toward changing outliers to optimum by lifestyle. Test most of these at least twice a year. Exercise and diet are very powerful - if you are not addressing these everything else is a waste.
Mayb the problem is with D. Cancer patients are known to undergo more rapid aging, which I think is partly ascribed to the chemo drugs. Has Q been done on it's own or in combo with F.?
