How can I show you how it’s a best seller? Would you like me to take it to a craft show and record people buying it? I said it’s a best seller for winter craft shows because people love buying snowmen in the winter. I think it’s pretty self explanatory that during winter people would buy snowmen. Thanks for the comments though, I’m really not trying to clickbait you
Hello Rob, The bowl turned out great. The shape is really unique, very much like a pedestal bowl. Thank you for all the efforts to post the video. STay well.
That color is called "Crawdad", and that lure would be excellent around riprap where there are crawdads. Bass love them. I told my wife I wanted to make some fishing lures on the lathe just a few days ago, and here's a video on how to do it. Thanks for the demonstration.
nice one buddy your vids are brilliant but the last pic of your finished bowls are always orange sorry to comment just letting you know ( noy being picky or nothing like that love your channel just letting you know thanks for sharing nick from the UK
Yeah I’ve noticed that as well. It has something to do with the Photo Booth that I take the video in. Not sure exactly why that happens but I’ll try to fix it! Thanks for the comment
Thank you! I’m sure you can get some online. I haven’t looked at the prices but I don’t think red cedar would be expensive. I don’t like buying wood but I think would buy some red cedar haha
There are no mistakes , only opportunities. You are very gifted in your turnings and a great teacher. I love that you teach as you turn , the explanation's help newbies like me and that's another reason I'm a subscriber. Thank You !!!
Lovely piece with the grain. I was thinking it might have worked as a large handle on a box or something before you hollowed it. Then again, if you were going to just toss the piece of wood in the loose scrap pile anyway, did you really lose that much other than some time giving it a chance to be something special?
Even though it didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted, it’s definitely still a keeper! Now that I think about it, I don’t think I’ve ever thrown a finished piece back in the scrap pile haha
