A collection of the sights and sounds I've been able to capture over the years (thankfully the smells are not present!). I'm archiving them because I'm a dork that way and like to preserve and share the memories as some sort of demented time capsule and also since my memory is typically shite.
Hey Frank...Yeah, 8 years left and I'm dunzo'! It looks like we're both getting into that home-stretch territory. Spider was one of the funniest, friendliest, and eccentric people that I ever knew and his legacy is still going strong today even though he's passed on. Be well Frank, it's good to hear from you.
it says on a few sites that they were actually on Cleveland on that day. Is it the No Control tour? If so, i never saw Toronto on the tour dates. Not until Against the grain.
You can also read about the show in this Bad Religion interview that was done by a local zine when they came back to Toronto after the Rivoli show. ia601301.us.archive.org/28/items/DrasticSolutionsIssue5/Issue05.pdf
ATG was recorded in May of 1990 but not released until the end of November 1990. As soon as that happened BR hit the road again to tour the hell out of it.
Wow I found this just today, and I still can't believe it. That was my first concert with my punk rock gf! Amazing night. Though i remember colour! Lol
It's not my fault that I "sucked" , I was thrown into a situation without adequate knowledge or rehearsal time. I did my best with what I had. Glad to hear that you got the gig.
