My first time to watch one of your wild boar videos... it was great! Nice action, narration, fast and skillful dogs, and good and healthy hunters! And the only time I've seen boars dispatched with a knife (usually by guns ot bow&arrow). I look forward to your next video, And being a Los Angeles resident, my first time to see Australia. Lots of wide open spaces! Are wild boars a big problem in the land down under? They cause over $2 billion in crop damage in the USA.
Thanks mate, appreciate it :) Yeah they can cause a lot of damage in Australia, lot of very remote areas there where they just do their thing. I had a lot more clips on here but I’ve taken most down, you can see everything I’ve made on my website ( warning, there’s lots! ) lifesaboar.com
I couldn’t pull all of them on here and also there’s no guarantee they won’t delete the lot so I’ve got a new channel where I have every film I think it’s like 10 bucks US or something for a 7 day pass and you can watch as much as you can :) Lifesaboar.com
@Lifesaboar it's inevitable anything hunting or gun related will eventually be off of RU-vid! You are an artist in my opinion gotta get your "credits" never mind paying RU-vid 😉
Who said I went soft on hunting? I don’t personally hunt anymore, but I’m not anti hunting, Most of my friends are hunters, I also said I wanted to find somewhere I could have all the films in one place, I found it.
@@jayrichardson5059 There’s all kinds of options, single films, bundles, or the whole lot. The first films we made were $54.95 each, plus postage, you’re getting a helluva lot more than one film on there.
Not very attached to reality are you. Hands down the best pig hunting videos around and have been for some time now. Trips cost money. Equipment costs money. Editing and posting costs time and money. Why get down on someone pursuing their passion and trying to make a living at it? It's not like he's P-diddy over here 😅
As an American farmer, the constant battle with wild boars and other wild animals is exhausting, but its a testament to our resilience and dedication to protecting our livelihoods.
Where I grew up hunting (New Zealand) pigs were treated as an asset more than a pest, although they were fairly “pesty” at times. Australia however was a whole different story. Especially in the crops, sugar cane, sorghum etc.. There’s a whole heap of pigs in Australia.. did a few hints in LA and TX, nice folks down thataway.
Can be a number of reasons, a lot of the time in Australia it’s as pest control, there’s massive numbers in some places that can do a lot of damage to crops etc. Can be a food source as well.
Thanks mate, a place I got invited a coupla times but never took it up.. Check out my website lifesaboar.com there’s literally days upon days of footage, getting hard to post on u chube lately..
Get a bike cameraman...grappling pigs with bare hands could be dangerous...our jungle pigs in PNG normally attack when cornered and I know a couple of guys who tried to mess with wild jungle pigs back home...but I do admire the fearless guy grappling bare hands with the pigs wow!
Those dogs are tuff. Mind you, I've seen two boxers take down a full grown sow. Why the grand fathers? They taste like rancid piss. !0 - 15 kg gutted weight females much nicer surely?
