I know im sooooo late, but my theory was that a sequal story was gonna be possible, cause at the end, everyone was in votron and nobody did a proper goodbye, thinking that that was a cliffhanger for a second story, and IF this was gonna be possible, I would add chima and jueqssic world levels (since theyve been ignored), all of year 2 hub worlds, and whatever hub words that was gonna be in year 3
here is my idea for the lego dimesnions sequel is the lego dimensions will have a a creative mode, where players can create boss battles, worlds, parties, NPCs, and missions, and the lego dimensions sequel will have a many story modes or a mini story modes sometimes, mini story mode are kinda like short film, here is a one story mode idea is eggman had teamed up with lex Luthor to take over Apocolystar, a location from lego movie series, and then heroes of Lego diemsnions must stop lex Luthor and Eggman and his robotic army, how about the villain of the Lego dimesnions sequel will bring Godzilla, a giant monster, and then he controls godzilla with his staff and use godzilla to attack batman, Gandalf, and Wildstyle
I feel like if they should put dimensions on pc and mobile and even if they still wanted to charge for characters they could do microtransactions fun packs for 1.00 team packs for 2.00 level packs for 4.00 and story packs for 10.00 (licensing would probaly be hell especially for the simpsons since there disney and batman and others are warner brothers

Part 1 which is released for Ideas as Lego Dimensions the Movie based on Lego Dimensions Videogame was very good with different characters all working together to get rid of Vortex Traditional however Lego Dimensions 2 changes up the final boss since the unknown red shirted man picked up the shattered Vortex brick this means Vortex Traditional should fight his alternate red counterpart to do so any characters that are part of Dimensions 1 will then pair with characters that were custom made for Dimensions 2 Prototype to go kill off Vortex Red Form's minions / extras leaving Vortex Traditional to deal with Red Form which then triggered the Part 2 of prototype when Vortex Traditional opted to maintain the perfect dimension in exchange for killing Vortex Red Form to free the guy in red shirt but with Lego Dimensions 2 Enoch's Collapse the semiofficial sequel to Lego Dimensions 1 Vortex at this point was sucked away to a new reality in his place Enoch became evil Emperor this prompted characters a whole new way to kill him & dragon forever Wonder Woman who previously had a Lasso as accessory has been updated to the one that Gal played as in 1917 movie now wielding a sword & shield as accessories plus bracelets which were cuffs in the original game and show were updated to vambraces while giving her a whole new skill wrist blast similar to Rise of Justice and instant deflection while Marvel & Star Wars now rebuilt in Lego form will also change how the villains get killed originally punches kicks ground slams and weapon fire is enough to turn bad guys into dust but Enoch's Collapse basically rewrote the way that enemies die which if struck by blade or by Hulk using the tactic of ragdoll a villain to the floor or a lightsaber slice & blaster bolt impact not only will change the enemies death to gooey substance but Vortex's Twin will end up ruining it thus the guy declaring independence for the Twin being killed completely due to character updates and costume upgrades to what we see in Hollywood the explosions will use leftover Bay movies for the game that's it.
The thing about ur idea with crossing over to the Disney verse is that Disney technically did that with Disney Infinity. So what ur basically purposing is a mix or crossover between Lego Dimensions and Disney infinity. That I would definitely buy since both were my childhood games
Tbh I remember as a kid being creeped out at the ending of LEGO JW. The character that finds the entryway into the dimensions world is not the character you play as in the game

well, if it is still Toys To Life, i have a few ideas. 1. starter pack would contain 3 characters. one from Marvel, one from Star Wars, and one from Pixar. Spiderman, Ahsoka, and Buzz Lightyear. the vehicle would be RC. (cuz' that's the only wheeled vehicle i could think of.) Marvel: the characters for Marvel would be Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Ant-Man, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Star Lord. Iron Man and Captain get a team pack. Star Lord could have a function where he switches to the other Guardians. like Peter Venkmen in the Ghostbusters. Star Wars: Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda, General Grevious, Darth Maul, Emperor Palpatine, Captain Rex, Hunter (function thing that switches to the rest of the Bad Batch.), Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Ezra Bridger (function to switch to the rest of the Ghost Crew.), Han Solo, Chewbacca, Leia, Bob Fett, Din Djarin, Rey, Kylo Ren, Finn, and Po. that was a lot. Toy Story: Woody, Jessie, and Bo Peep. that's it. 2. Others: Big Hero 6- Hiro (Baymax is the interactive vehicle you thought of.) Phineas And Ferb- Phineas, Ferb, Perry, and Doofensmirtz. TMNT 2012 (cuz' that's the best one.)- Leonardo, Donnitello, Raphael, and Michelangelo. Rick & Morty (unlikely, but my defense is this: The Simpsons.)- the name speaks for itself. Bill & Ted- also speaks for itself. Incredibles- Mr. Incredible. (function thing again.) Super Mario- Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. (Story Pack for Mario Movie.) Indiana Jones- Indiana Jones.
Just combine all of the Pixar movies into one adventure world. For Big Hero 6 I would do Hiro and Baymax team pack and GoGo fun pack. Hiro comes with Tadashi's motorcycle and Baymax comes with a San Fransokyo tram. GoGo comes with her motorcycle from Big Hero 6 the Series. Hiro's abilities: •Hacking •Techno Access •Grapple •Destroy Cracked Lego Walls •Lantern Pads. Baymax's abilities: •Flight •Super Strength Destroy Cracked Lego Walls •Rocket Fist GoGo's abilities • Fast • Disc Through • Voloca Shot.
@@thomasbennett0 i was thinking hover car for Perry. but for Doofensmirtz, i was kinda thinking more of Norm. and i was also thinking of Phineas having the Robot Dog, and Ferb having a Toolbox. in case they add a special kind of ability only that toolbox can access.

I think the guy in the post credit scene is Nicky Roth from Hello Neighbor. Because the guy and Nicky are both wearing red so the guy could be Nicky but the thing is. Lego Dimensions came before Hello Neighbor and Hello Neighbor was created by Dynamic Pixels and published by tinyBuild and I don't know what else from this point so that's my theory.
How about a BFDI Team Pack? It would have Firey and Flower. Flower will have Super Speed, Acrobatics, Plant-Growing and the sword puzzles using a Pencil. Firey will have several heat themed abilities and maybe even Apparate Access. Flower’s Vehicle would be a UFO and Firey vehicle would be a Spaceship.
