@@patchy_pony_stitcher I’m impressed that you hung on until Stephen’s outtake! Liquid Death is one of his favorite seltzers. I think it’s mostly because of the can and the names of the flavors 😀. Thank you so much for watching and for the compliment on Snow Queen. Best wishes.
Happy New Year to you both. I love how the year in the wood turned out the frame does it justice. Also wanted to let you know my sister loved the Flamingo bag and the penguin fop That I gave her for Christmas.
Yay! I'm glad she loved it! Thank you for letting me know and for the compliments on the frame. My daughter in law made a great choice. I hope you are doing well and Happy New Year to you!!!
Hi Jean! Thank you so much for watching our video and taking time to message us. Thank you so much for all of your kind comments and support. We hope you have the most wonderful holiday season ever. Take care, and we will definitely be back early next year.
My condolences on your loss. My dad has been gone for 8 years now and my mom moved in with my family. It was an adjustment. On a lighter note, did you know that Anabella’s has opened a shop in Waynesboro, NC? Lovely stitching and beautiful jewelry! Happy stitching!
@deborahfitzer6877 Thank you so much for your condolences. I didn’t know about Annabella’s but I’ve looked it up and will definitely go visit the next time I make a trek to Western NC! Thank you for all your kind comments and for watching. Have a wonderful week!
Hi Jean! Great to hear from you again. I hope you’re doing well. Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment! Have a wonderful fall season.
Thank you for stopping by to say hello and for watching. I’m enjoying the time off but not being very productive yet. I hope that gets better when Stephen goes back to teaching in the fall. He’s just too distracting. Thanks again!
Hi Kathy! I have finally done the drawing for the project bags and you are the winner of the lemon bag. Can you please email me at foreverusneedlecraft@gmail.com and send me your mailing address on there? Thanks!!!!
Thank you! I'm still a beginner. There are LOTS of "oops" and re-dos in my sewing right now. I hope to practice a lot more now that I don't have to go to work every day! Thank you so much for watching and taking a few minutes to message me.
Great to see you back, sounds as life is treating you well. Love your bags, have had a go at making some but my efforts are nowhere as good as yours. Can’t decide between the two, baseball or lemon, life is full of decisions 🤔. Hopefully see you soon.
Thank you, I'm glad to be back and vow to be more vigilant about recording. Thanks for the compliments on my bags. I hope to get to making a lot more in the near future. I'm working on some Christmas themed ones right now. Thank you so much for stopping by, watching and taking a minute to comment. Have a great week!
Hi Kevsmrst! I have finally done the drawing for the project bags and you've won the baseball bag. Can you please email your address at foreverusneedlecraft@gmail.com? That way I can get your bag in the mail. Thanks!!!!
Hi , I luv your Projects, r using DMC on your Blk Dragon piece?? It’s Absolutely gorgeous in all black, I’m a beginner stitcher but I’m in love with that piece❤️❤️🌻Ty
Hi! Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. I’m glad you like the Templar Prophecy. I’m using Silks4U on that piece because I love using silk floss. You can see her beautiful works to order at her website: Silks4U.net.
I'm really enjoying your flosstube. My oldest son just started band this year in 6th grade. We love his band director but I think you'd be amazing, too! I want to do A Year in the Woods one day - when I don't have 2384236 other WIPS :)
Yay band! I hope he loves it. Band people are awesome. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I am looking forward to getting started on the fox next week.
Hey Trish! What a wonderful intro you have for your videos. Your Templar Prophesy look incredible!! So many stitches! Can’t wait to see your Lent project.
I just found you today! (3/18/22) I really enjoyed your video, and “meeting” you and your husband!! I have subscribed, and look forward to your next installment!!! In the meantime, I have your prior 10 updates to enjoy as well. See you both soon!!! ☺️💖
It was great to see you, and I know what you mean about February! I always say, “I just need to get through this busy week and it will be great,” and it’s ALL LIES!!! 😂😂 Good luck with assessments and have fun at your concert! 👓👓👓💙
Great to hear from you! Thanks for the well wishes. I’ve enjoyed seeing all your weaving and new projects. Keep it up. Your spring break is soon, mine is forever away. I’m jealous. Take care.
Hello! I really enjoy your videos. It is sweet to see you and your husband interacting as you make the videos. I love your projects. That Theresa Kogut is on my list. Thanks for making the videos. I was stitching on an Ink Circles patter, Castle Walls as I was watching .I am trying to finish it up for my son's 21st birthday next month. I have my eye on the Templar Prophecy as well,
Long Dogs are the best. I am refusing to purchase another until I finish this one. It’s so cool how sneaky things in them reveal themselves as you’re stitching. Best wishes to finish by your deadline. I’m sure you’ll make it. Thanks for watching and taking time to comment. Take care.
Thank you!! Thanks also for taking time to comment. I stitch on a Qsnap or a hoop. When I am home, I have a K’s creation floor stand that I use so that I can stitch two handed. One day I’m going to splurge on a rollaframe, I just haven’t done that yet.
Nice meeting you. I love your projects. I do a bandsampler so i hope to see sometime some progress. I also love Longdog samplers. Your project in white is beautiful. See you next time. Greetings from the Netherlands.
Nice to meet you from so far away! Thanks for stopping in to say hello. Thank you for the compliments as well. Hope you’re having a great February! Take care.
For your mirabilia project you said the called for was 35 because the beads won't fit? Will they not fit on a 28 count fabric? I have that pattern and I usually stitch on 28 count because that what I can see. Any higher for me is hard for me to get into. 😪 ☺
The pattern calls for a 32 count, so I misspoke in the video. I’m using a 32 because I was afraid the beads wouldn’t be right if I went with my preferred count of 40. I’m not sure if going bigger would be as big of a deal as smaller. Most of the beads are seed beads. I would try a few seed beads on a scrap if 28 and see how you like the fit before committing. If something has beads, I just use the size the pattern calls for. I’m not very brave. Also, there are great magnification options out there. I have magnifying glasses that I wear over my regular glasses. I also have a magnifier I can set on the table and look through. Magnification makes a world of difference for me. I hope this helps a little. There are probably more advanced and knowledgeable stitchers on RU-vid who could further explain this.
@@stitchertrish Thank you for responding. I wear clip on magnifiers. Lol. I do get a little dizzy. Lol. I've just been careful because my eyes doesn't adjust well to higher magnifications. I will see how well seed beads do. I really appreciate your response 😄 oh by the way. You remind me of a news reporter lol. I think you do awesome on camera. ☺
Hello! New subscriber here. I love all of your wips, need to get a pen and paper and start writing down what I want. I played the french horn in band and marching season was a total nightmare for me. I would hyperventilate and pass out after marching at every game. But concert season was my happy place. Loved it. Happy concert season!
Hi Ginger! Thank you watching, subscribing and taking the time to send me a message. It’s great to meet another musician. Horn players are awesome. Concert season is my happy place too if I’m honest. It’s my passion in the band world. Hope you have a great upcoming week. Thanks again.
Hello and thank you for stopping in to comment. Thanks for the compliments too. We’ve had some of your weather as of late! You can have it back now. We’re tired of the snow. We don’t handle it well here. Hoping for spring soon. Take care!
Thank you so much! Thank you also for taking the time to watch my videos and to leave a comment. It is nice to “meet “you. Hope you have a wonderful week.
templar prophecy looks so good! LDS are so stitch dense that I cannot tell when I have made really any progress. when i am tired of the design i do the border and at least i still have some type of progress
So nice to have found you, Trish (and Steve too). Your Dragons of Sumatra is stunning. What an accomplishment! Love seeing all your progress. You have some very sophisticated projects going with incredible detail. I!m binge watching all your episodes. Be safe and, happy stitching from Quebec.
I kind of mixed up my words when I recorded. It is a temperature chart created out of drink glasses. It’s not really a tree but it is an awesome pattern. Please go check it out. Kristi is a genius.
Good to see you back. Your finishes and wips are beautiful. Looking forward to see what new bags you come up with when you have time. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Birthday as well. Hope to see you back again soon.
Yay! So glad to see you guys again! Congrats on the Dragons, they look great! I don’t think my mom has worked on hers in almost a year. Happy early birthday! Steven, when’s your birthday? I’m Dec. 28, are we birthday twins? Have an awesome week!
Thank you. I love walking by it on my wall everyday. His birthday is the 24th so both are in the same week. My mother’s is the week before his and she says all good people were born in December!
Hi! I am here because Dr Kristi of Kristi's Corner mentioned your channel...this was a lot of fun to watch...and the travel portion just affirmed my desires to visit the Mounds. Thank you! -Rhonda
Thank you for visiting. I love Dr Kristi, she’s absolutely the best! The mounds are very worth it, especially Mound City in Chillicothe and Serpent Mound. Fort Hill is awesome too but be prepared for a VERY steep hike. Thanks again for stopping by and leaving me a comment. Have a great week.
Stephen has to get the zipper pull put on them. I hope to get them listed tomorrow. I will message you as soon as we get them listed. Thank you so much!!!!!
I live in WI. All my grands live in MA. Here in the city I live kids all virtual everyday. My grands in MA do a combination. Please my one grand in MA has school every day as she is autistic. They need their routine. Koodos to you and your hubby. You do beautiful stitching. Like the stand. What is the name of the light you had on your head.
Hi Jeanne! Thanks for your comment. The light I have is a generic brand Stephen bought me online. Here’s one on Amazon like my set.
