I used to live in that house. It was a great house. The only reason I left was landlord at that time was selling..I was there from 2003-2007. Myself and my family were happy there.

Beautiful house in a great area. Pity about the traffic on the Donaghadee Road. But like everywhere, you wouldn't hear it after a while, if double glazed.

Good gardens 1st floor be like living in a tent. Unless you where 3 feet tall. Bathrooms and kitchen small. would need refurbed ££s and the asking price is close to 250k who valued this needs to come back to earth... Should be 170k tops
