Hi love, the video is great! Please try to take in mind the rapid back and forth with the old floor plan is very nauseating and could be a trigger to some people with epilepsy. Could you please put a warning of flashing or maybe look at the floor plan off screen and mention you’re looking at it off screen. I’m not hating at all! ❤

I actually really liked the red with the deeper wood stands instead, it was a nice combo, especially that polka-dot (ish) wallpaper! But, I am a Sims 1 girlie (1-3) so probably a bit of that old town vibe for me. What are you using to have diagonal windows, or lowering objects, placing items anywhere on counters etc? I saw cheat menu for one but not for all. Also the counter-less espresso machine? I have to keep pausing to ask, my gosh, would love your mod folder megaupload haha.
Hey! I’m not sure what you mean by diagonal windows, almost all windows can be placed on a diagonal wall. I use the shiftable everything mod by Lamare, which helps with object placement at different heights etc. For the espresso bar, it’s an invisible recolour. Both mods mentioned are on modthesims 😊

I see you use these wall pieces a lot in your builds, where they kinda look like fencing with columns, and I really adore the style. Would you be able to point me in the right direction to find them? I wouldn't know what words to use to search for them 🤔 you used them to fence off the areas around the counters in this build. You’re so nice and supportive, Ani ❤️ I also love your builds and one of my favs is your renovation of the House of Fallen Trees…even though that seemed to be quite a challenge for you 🤣🤣 was very enjoyable to watch. I use two versions of the half walls, one is called “craftsman half walls” and comes in ugly maxis colours, so I don’t use it much. But when I was searching for the name I just saw that Michelle made recolours of it (!!!). The other one is similar and called the “grille” half wall by spaik on TSR. Hope that helps!
inpsiring build as always! even tho its totally different from the style i usually go for myself, i learn a lot from your speed builds :> like the stair thing with constrain floor elevation, i used it on a build for the first time yesterday and i loved it, even tho i only added a little height variance to a build. i was so proud of myself 🙈
What kind of romance mods do you have in your game? I'm trying to find a good stack of mods to use instead of ACR. I think you mentioned in a previous episode that you use Romantic Standards. I guess that's why Kaylynn rejected Daniel?
I have romantic standards and its addons. I use the no chemistry version. I also use midges risky woohoo. Yeah, with romantic standards, sims can be picky about where they woohoo depending on who’s around.
