watched him play high school at Canton Mckinley, he was the best dunker ive ever seen. I was 12 years old watching him bounce it off the floor and do a reverse dunk in games. he would catch ally oops and half his body was above the rim. he was only 6'2'' btw. he was awesome
During my days as a student I was in a fraternity. Every year soon before Christmas we would drive to the hospital and sing Christmas songs to the senior living floor. We would stay and talk with the folks some. One of those years we all returned from Christmas vacation to a message from the nursing staff. One of the old guys there, no idea which one but one of the guys we sang to, died later that night. He had no family come visit him. But that entire last day, he was all smiles. He was bright and smiley and bragging to the nurses because "those college boys came to sing to me." And that is why we do it every year. If just one senior gets a smile, it is worth all the rehearsals.
Those buses can be kind of tight going on tour, and that's with four other band members, maybe four or five others. How the hell does a whole hockey team fit on there?
Great interview, coach Little! Along with you, those were some of the best years of my life as well! Thanks for your leadership in those early years. Couldn't have done it without you!
