I have a 1996 Trophy 1903 CC. I love this boat and I'm a fan of the Trophy line of boats. My goal is to finish restoring my 1903 and sell it after a year of enjoying it. Then I'm going for a Trophy walk around. I'd love to get this boat what a beauty! I love the features it's coming with and the design of the boat. I have to stay at 20' or under though. Financially I can't afford afford a boat this big yet 😂. After 20' slip rates go up and the Marina becomes a sizable payment every month. Twenty feet and under is doable for most middle income people. I'm going for the 20 02 model walk around not quite as well appointed😂
Watch the width, a friend of mine ended up with the 25 footer, which is more narrow than the 23. The 23 turned out too wide to be legally towed in his state. Not to put you off, it could be that technically it is too wide but "nobody cares", I don't know. Just keep the width in mind, my friend got the 25 so that he could tow with no issues.
But like I said, in "real world" use, I wonder if many--or any--really care providing one is towing responsibly. And, in my case, I tow--straight shot to the ramp, and not really ANY "open highway" towing. @@matt9822
Oh that's a beauty! I just bought a 1998 Bayliner trophy pro. I absolutely love the set up on the trophy pro. I love the Trophy line of boats. It's amazing how much that newer model is like my older Trophy. I can see the improvements from my model to this one but basically it's the same design. I wish I had that engine 😂. I have an old 150 hp black max 2 stroke. It's the max hp motor for the 1903. This fishing boat flys 😂
