Reall6y liked the Hot Spring although am curious if it was a hot or warm spring, hot 101 to 105 degree; warm is everything below that down to 93? Anyway from what you showed of it the place was really something, like on the verge of A-OK!. The rest of your trek it looked like you had an "A-OK" vacay as well. Cheers!
You keep it real! My sister and I bikepacked the Great Divide Mtb Route when I was 56 and she was 53...Mexico to Banff - 3,000 miles and an entire summer. We were NOT in shape when we started, but we felt invincible by the end. I remember many, many climbs...grinding away at 2-3mph. Distance per day depending on so many factors, but generally between 30-50ish miles. Some days we rode only 10 miles and stopped because we found a perfect campsite - because, why not? Like you, I'm retired now and trying to get back in shape after a really hard year.... Thanks for your videos. They always make me smile.

I got a little worried when I didnt see anyone else on the trail...when you walked up to the first bird watch cabin, the scene looked like the making of a horror movie lol..I was telling you "don't go in there" lol Great video. Thank you for making me laugh.
I am so glad you are feeling better Liz ! What a shitty thing for the both of you to deal with. I say both of you because an illness in a couple affects both, or in my case a foot rebuild, in any case you are through and on the come back!
