I put straw over my strawberry plants during the winter to keep them insulated....and a feral cat thought I just made her a bed ..so she started sleeping on top of my strawberry plants. Needless to say, I ended up losing my strawberry plants. So don't feel bad ....happens to the best of us, lol
It's perfect spa for them, 3 beautiful dirt buckets. We call them the 3 Amigos because they do literally everything together, and unfortunately that includes finding new ways out of their yard to cause trouble.
I befriended a roman goose at my local pond ....she honks with excitment when i show up and i feed her bird seed out of my hand shes an absolute sweetheart
They are absolutely worth it. Thank you so much, and greetings from Alabama! I never thought I would care to have geese, but I fell in love so fast after bringing them home. Best decision my husband made was to talk me into getting them.
So true. I've started feeding them by hand to help the goslings get used to being handled. I just love the little nibbles, even if they pinch sometimes.
I’m going to come see your garage floor. It better be clean enough to eat off of. What is wrong with you? And how, really, how does helping an injured animal make her a “Karen”? She’s not sticking her nose into your business. Wow.
@Dianna-pm2hv are you upset that I found her inside my chicken brooder in the garage or the fact that the tile in my bathroom is 72 years old and thus permanently stained? And that I have a 15 year old cat who is also adopted, so he spills litter everywhere because he's old?
Do you really think that the inside of a house it’s a chicken farm animal are dirty and the cat was thrown out a window of a passing car maybe you need to check your self and get a life
I will keep that in mind for her next bath, thank you! I took her to the vet today and he said to wait a day or two for her next bath because she's so stressed. I have cerave hair and body wash for my son I could use.
I just started mine a few days ago... I couldn't for the life of my find any root clusters... So, I just grabbed what I thought looked ok? My greenthumb is probably a 7.5 /10. Hope I have better luck 🤞 Edit* upon further review, I found the clusters. In one cluster w/ a rubber band (in the bag for the top growth). Replanted, hoping for the best.
Good luck and let me know how your's goes. All of ours ended up dying. I'm not the best gardener, definitely still learning, but I've never had a problem with strawberries before this set up.
Oh yes. He'll scratch up a seed for one lady then run to another to scratch her a seed. He's been forced to be more charming because big Brahma Sunny has started humping ladies and fighting Opie.
Our white Polish rooster, Mr Fluffypants, would hop on one foot, sideways behind the hen, then dance in a circle. Sometimes he’d stomp his feet repeatedly, if he had a treat for them. Sometimes he purred, or chuckled. He also had his favorites that always got treats first.
I haven't seen him dance like that but I am going to have to keep an eye out. Opie prefers our ISA Browns, Plymouths, and the Americanas. Sunny keeps bugging the Dominiques and cheating on his poor wife Karen. She follows him everywhere, is always trying to snuggle on or under him, and he just ignores her love.
