Let's not forget that the shooting officer (who is now ASP Trooper) had previously shot another teen, a dog behind a fence and shot another dog that was a Pomeranian during which he shot himself. Since being a Trooper he has killed another teenager. How many people and dogs do you have to kill to realize your in the wrong job. Ellison even shot himself. That's the training your speaking of? He is too full of himself and you can watch him being an asshole all over you tube. We have all encountered officers like him. Mr. Hodges you should also get your story straight, A good attorney is good no matter where they are from. However, I would be pissed if I "drew" that poor out of her league little girl you got from the Municipal League too. Talk about poor performance - she's already lost two appeals on this case at the 8th Circuit so don't get so comfortable throwing the word APPEAL around. It's just going to cost your office more money and each 8th Circuit Judge has already handed that little girl her ass in this case. It was almost painful to hear her try a case.

Not a true representation of being tasered at all ,set on low for minimal time ,now try it the same way you give it to someone who innocent till proven guilty and see how you feel
