terrible how this school treated this mother and even went so far s to involve other ppls children to make statements about her to the police. the school started this, the security guard making gestures to the police behind her back, they were ready to arrest her as soon as they arrived! POLICE ARE SCUM AND SO ARE THESE TEACHERS
when you get arrested they do not have to read you your right the only time they arrest you an read you your right is if they are questioning you or ask you question but if they don't have any questions to ask you get put in cuffs an sent to jail if your asked questions is when your right are read to you

Because every time they tried to she yelled over them - she asked them to read her rights, when they tried to she was asking about why she was being arrested. When she asked why she was being arrested they tried to answer, she yelled about her kids
All you have to do is follow the rules of what the law asked you to do and all this would not be escalated to this. How hard is it to give your drivers license she was done told she was detained.
