I don’t work fondant. I use smooth technique for my cakes. I never chilled my cakes. Is this is necessary to be able to place flowers?

You are very talented and I learned a lot I think, I've yet to actually start decorating cookies, but your ideas are amazing. One thing, the sound is terrible, when you are talking I can barely hear you and have to turn the volume way up and then suddenly the music turns on full blast and I have to rush to turn it down and then I have to turn it up again when you start talking.
