how do you fix the hand piece loosing pressure when firing the projectile? Is the magnet section inside the hand unit suppose to have a rubber seal? or is it straight metal to projectile?
How do you keep this thing from sliding down towards the wrist while using the sling? I am a big guy so it is maxed out size wise but it slides down all the time. It’s so annoying having to try to slide the brace up towards my shoulder every few minutes especially while I’m not supposed to be moving my arm. Nothing I do or adjust seems to help.
Have taken all the straps off my Armor brace and washed them before the ski season but cannot remember which strap goes where. Cannot find a diagram. They all look similar
Don’t get this garbage get the on with the electric pump. The gravity cooler doesn’t get or stay even remotely cool especially when your knee is swollen & you’re in a ton of pain. This product is trash.

I hate this thing. I'm a very petite person,and there just isn't enough room on my arm for the top two cuffs without the one cuff digging into the bend of my elbow, making anything but very small flexing movement impossible, and the top cuff digging into my armpit. In addition, it's bulky, heavy, and pulls my arm outward, twisting it. I really wish designers would think about those of us that don't come in a "standard" size when they design a product.
Thank you for your feedback. We would suggest 'Telescoping' the cuff above your elbow to reduce the 'digging'. Also suggest contacting your clinician who may be able to assist with improving the fitting. We wish you the best with your recovery.
once fitted it is easy to take off. there are 3 buckles to undo and 1 velcro. I like that it is easy on and off. you don't need to take it apart each time. Also, online instructions if you need them. This is a great product.
Hi Alessandro, thanks for the question. The Armor has a much more rigid frame and designed for higher impact activities such as skiing or motocross. The Armor also has the option of the Fourcepoint Hinge, specifically for ACL protection. The Renegade is a slightly lighter brace, with less rigidity in the frame. Just got mine. I am 6'2 255lb and the shoulder ring is extended all the way out. Feels too snug under arm without any weight bearing. No way to wear over anything thicker than a t-shirt. Don't think the "universal" fit is the way to go. Purchased this my self to replace a ultrasling 3 that choked me and made my fingers go numb. Afraid I just blew $170. Should have tried the 4 that comes in specific sizes.
Just got mine and I’m loving the light weight design🙌🏽 My only question is how will it hold up in salt water? Is there a different brace for salt water sports like surfing?
Hi Blake. Apologies for delay. Glad you are loving your brace. Salt water is fine - just be sure to rinse the hinges with fresh water afterwards to prevent any salt/sand getting into the joint. Braces commonly used for Surfing would be the Armor or Defiance Custom, depending on your injury. All the best, Team Enovis
I’m using this currently, but it’s a pain, already dug into my skin and on top of that, the angle on both the right and left side were off by 10 degrees each and causing tremendous amount of pain
The sling should be supplied in the pack with the brace, so please go back to your healthcare provider to request this. It is not available separately from the brace.
Mines too big loose but kinda looks like her fit like you can't see my toes feet, but other videos show better fit like toes showing. I tighten but no more room to tighten and it still feels loose heel not touching
