I purchased the lifetime deal when it was offered. I haven't used it yet but I'm about to begin. Thanks for the excellent breakdown. There are new features I'm eager to check out since I signed up. I can't wait to optimize!
@selfpubwithdale I remember you said you're writing a fiction. I'm almost finished with my suspense, horror, thriller. Trying to make the steps and decisions for success. Best of fortune to you with your book.
yes a bit disappointing that I didn’t even get an automatic email that theyx received my request to consider my book. I think I am going to use the Spotify owned option.
Good call. I'm keeping an eye out for more direct sales options for audiobooks, because it's ridiculous the amount of royalties we get for how much we invest in our audiobooks. Stay tuned!
I agree that LLM's should not have pulled from pirated book websites, but youtube videos are fair game because of the specifics of youtube's license, at least from the youtuber's point of view. RU-vid itself could have a case (maybe), but youtuber's definitely don't.
I need to do a full tutorial video with Storiad on the main channel. I'd recommend getting Storiad on the phone and have them walk you through it. Ramzi is genuinely a very helpful guy.
You would think that the pirating website has a digital footprint that could be followed by a tech pro. Even emails or access to update the website should have at least an IP address.
Hey Dale. Good call about unlimited not being unlimited. Would you mind sharing the level which gave you a ban. I won't lie. I want to build something for authors and promoted my books using your advice. Of course I will come back with something to play with.
I believe you're referring to Sendfox, the email marketing service that AppSumo owns and runs. I sent too many emails despite them saying we get "unlimited sends." haha
Thanks for sharing all this information! I have a book that is available for preorder - but since KDP doesn't allow preorders for paperbacks, I have no idea where to send people to preorder paperbacks. The paperback is available for preorder on IngramSpark, but I couldn't figure out where to send people who want to order it. Thanks in advance!
No, I'm tied up currently on a twelve-book project that stretches to July 2025, so I'm not accepting any new clients till my plate is cleared. Thanks for expressing interest though.
@@selfpubwithdale thank you for your reply but we are based out of banglore and want to scale our business let me know if any other contacts you may have or any kind of help you can do if possible..
thanks. I went ahead and sent in my book for consideration to Audiobooks unleashed, but it said the should reply in 3 days and I sent it in on the 1st of October and so far I haven’t heard anything from them. Before that I sent them a message by filling out a form on their website to ask about royalty agreements and how payments to Europe work, and when I sent that a message came up that said something about them being out of office for Christmas and new years 2 years ago. I filled out the form again and told them their message needed to be updated. I never got replies to these inquiries. I believe I sent them in Aug. So I tried emailing them with the email from your review video to ask how long it will take to get a reply about it I am accepted or not. That was about a week ago and I got no reply. I even went back and double checked the email address to make sure it was correct.
