A year ago i weighed 270 and felt like i was at the lowest point in my health. I make fishing content for a separate youtube channel, i was on a trip with some other creators in the height of florida heat. There was several times where i had to sit down and miss out on good fishing. It made me realize that literally any and every part of life couldve been improved if i simply changed my health. Within 7 months,after i committed fully to going to the gym 5 days a week and maintaining a 1000 calorie deficit from my calculated TDEE, i am now down to 190. I feel amazing, im so much happier, and i feel so much more capable than i used to be. To me, it mattered so much because i wanted to be there for my eventual kids and my wife. I didnt wanna be the 50 year old dad going to monthly doctor visits about this and that. I strongly suggest to anyone, nothing about the past mayters except using it as motivation to do better everyday, if you want results fast you gotta act like youve got no other option than to do what is necessary. Never miss a day because your life literally depends on it.
