Raise the sink on some shims or packers and put a filler in the gap between the sink and the door allowing the doors to follow in line .

It's genius. I was cleaning that bit under the cooker a few months ago and I always wondered why it was never utilised. I figured the space was just used by the oven. I'm getting a refit soon, I will be requesting this - perfect place for baking trays. Thanks.
