Do you mean internal battery of the dashboard or main motorcycle battery? I replaced internal battery approximately once a year. No issues with main. The dashboard battery needed small support from piece of sponge between battery and cover. Known issue of this dashboard

How come you had to modify this to make it work?? Wasn't it designed for a DR650? What was wrong with it - or is that in another video? Cheers Cam from NZ - I need one for my 2016 Africa Twin.
The Suzuki DR650 has mechanical speedometer and basic indicators. I got this kit new for half price. This kit is based on universal digital speedometer with peripheral parts for my bike. You can check on this gauge manufacturer site if they have kit for your bike.
Thank you. I am not sure about DRZ400. I think it is different. As for me, I disconnected this additional wiring and left only gauge it self sensors- speed,RPM and temperature. Didn’t like this additional panel.
@@aloshin ahh I see. I figured it out. It’ll work, but the newest version for my bike is the 952-119 an I have to buy the radiator screw sensor. I talked to customer service and they said that there all kind of universal. Thx for the vid bro, much appreciated.
Great Video. Dire Straits is one of my favorite bands. Mark Knopfler is one of the all time guitar greats IMO and Sultans of Swing is a classic. I would like to see more of Israel as we get to see very little of it and your nature on the news. Usually we think of Israel as a desert looking like something out of Lawrence of Arabia.
Thank you, Yuri. Israel is small country, but has very different regions. Some of these regions you can see in my videos. Same places in different seasons are not the same. For example, Judean desert in winter is very green. Negev desert is not like Judean. But deserts are only part of our country. The North is much more like Greece, with a lot of water in winter, but summer sun dries everything. One of the benefits is a lot of dirt ways with various levels of off-roading.
@@aloshin Yeah the history of your actual land development and agriculture is very interesting. It was very poor in the early 1940's and the first of your people had to do a lot of irrigation and drainage projects to make the land fertile. Otherwise it may still look like a desert and be not good for crops and a large population. I ran into a You Tuber who gives guided tours is Jerusalem and makes English videos. He also goes hiking and made some nature videos. I would like to see more of your country as the news shows only the problems sadly.
RPM sensor installation is very easy. The sensor is just a wire acts like antenna. So, all you need is to wrap it around one of plug wires for 5-10 wraps and secure the wire with two cable ties to this wire. The place on wire doesn’t matter for functionality, but I moved mine more close to frame. So, the water after water crossing not effect reading. Good luck.
