No way the current homeowner is going to recover the cost of constructing that when they resell the home. In fact, it’ll probably make the home very hard to sell again.
Gorgeous but you would work full time to maintain it. When you drain it, the sand would build up frequently, and when it's full you would have to vacuum it constantly. The plant beds are flat and would create run off when watered. The potting soil would also wash into the pool. Thanks but no thanks.😊🎉❤
I really don’t understand this design. It must have cost a fortune to build a claustrophobic wet cave. At the end of the day presumably that’s what the owner wanted…but when you see the alternatives, it’s inexplicable. 😮
When I was driving truck, I used to carry plants all over the United States from Oregon. I even took some too York full of flowers and trees and all sorts of stuff mostly going to Lowe’s and stuff like that. It was funny to see how all these plants came out of my home state to go to other states it was way cool
All that money but no brains would’ve been a hundred times safer doing some kind of fo rock design although it really doesn’t look good either way because creek rocks don’t belong ong the ceiling that’s like putting popcorn ceilings on the floor.
