No. You can soul match a lower level divine into a higher level ethereal and the inheritable will still transfer. That’s why it’s important to keep all the gear with a good inheritance especially the orange ones. Gear like gauntlets with the attack stat as an orange inheritance are one of the most valuable drops to keep.

Thanks for the help. I've already beaten dream of the samurai, but I still feel like I have so much left to learn about this game. I was struggling to get an orange inheritable to transfer earlier, but I think the problem was that it was conflicting with something that was already on my weapon. I've gotten a couple to work since then. Now I have have several hours of farming to look forward to so I can forge all the stuff I need 😅😅😅

If i recall correctly, the one i used here is “WeMod” i’m not using it anymore so not sure about the quality of Quantum Break mods in there now but back then it was good.

The one i’m using here is the Kaizaar Katana with the Lacerating Sakura weapon camo. There are a lot of weapons now in the game that is much better than the Kaizaar you might want to check those instead. This clip was before the release of Stia region.

The fundamentals are still the same. In dream of the wise ethereals will start dropping and they are still the same in principles with divine gear in terms of tempering, soul match and inheritance. Only difference is that etherals have more number of stats you can play with and the +value is also bumped up and will eventually go up to +120 on dream of the nioh. You can even start to transfer the graces of ethereals.

Because this is so much different than it’s predecessor NG2 (not the sigma version) that’s why fans of the series are just disappointed with it. This is also the period in the series without Itagaki at the helm i think that’s the reason it took a different path. It’s great and fun on it’s own terms but when compared to previous games it falls short. I still enjoyed it a ton though.

Sooooo don’t lose the hat. If you lose it it’s always on your horse. If you absolutely hate hats and can always find an excuse not to wear them in a western themed game OR cannot find a replacement reference on his head without the hat then this style of shooting is NOT for you. Just go to your options and turn on the crosshair.

The video is a montage about execution using wraith (hence the title). The skill used here is wraith chain which is wraith execution from stealth. If you’re still offended by the way i titled my videos and you feel you are personally attacked, then i will gladly change it just for you.

Its not that serious. I play the game, I’m not offended. My point is you didn’t show wraith chain executions in your video. You showed stealth kills & shadow strike kills. You even did a few executions; but you didn’t show any wraith executions. An execution chain is something that has to be enabled in your skill tree w/ the appropriate focus. The max that should be able to be done is 4-8 chain kills according to the sword you have enabled.

I don’t want to spoil it for him. He just need to continue through the game’s story.

It’s manual blocking. The first block is in exactly the same moment that he brings his right hand down to his chest, after that youneed to pause for about a second then followed by 4 quick blocks in succession, another pause, then the final block is when he slams down to the ground. There are actually only 3 attacks to block after your first pause but i’m blocking 4 times for timing purposes. If you block 4 times the second pause will be the same duration a the first one. It’s easier to pull off that way. If you put the playback speed to say x0.25 maybe you can see the block timings better.

Subclass i’m using in the video is Force. I also frequently use Hunter and Gunner.

It sure is an expensive camo. What i’m doing for money is grinding cannonball strike. There are 4 cosmetics in there that can drop when you get S rank. I grinded those and they sell on a relatively high prices especially the motion ones.
