Super nice. Yes the rubber on the back windows do shrink often. When you take to top off for the first time please remember it is 200lbs so you may need 2 friends to help and have the person who is in the back be the strongest one, have him pull up slowly and once he hears it break the seal, the people on the side windows start to lift. If it is pulled up all at once. For 1 it will be harder and 2 it may rip the runner off the top. Winnebago did, in my opinion a great job designing the hard top. Just did not expect it to stay off that long. Hope you take it off and enjoy. Otherwise you should buy a 2nd gen.
This is everything I have ever dreamed of my dad used to daily drive basically the same thing it’s white and the interior from the dash back is gutted and gone we had the front seats but they are in kind of rough shape no major tears or anything just worn all the plastic in the dash and the other panels are cracked but still holding together we are building it into a badass rock crawler tho, it’s been sitting for years and we have a bunch of parts and we pulled the body off the frame in like September October and gutted the frame we’re also having a new slightly different awesome frame bent up from 2x4 box steel and I really want the interior be really good but we are dragging it threw the woods which is the plan so I don’t care much about the outside we’re going to give it a good paint job definitely not high dollar professional tho
wow, i hate you, not really, lol, you scored dude. I'm jealous, some advice for a beautiful 4 runner is to get in the habit of changing the 5 speed transmission oil every 20,000 miles. On mine W56 trany behind my 22re had an issue of wearing out sooner at 85,000 miles. I have definitely lengthened its life now at 330,000 miles. Always buy OEM parts so many good Toyota parts on line. Pay the money not napa or oriellys.
Beautiful truck. I owned a 1989 and loved it . I wish I never had got rid of it. I bought a new Tacoma in 2003. I miss that truck. Don’t ever get rid of it. You will beat yourself for it.
