Is the outcome of scenario planning a set of tactics or a set of strategies? I think it's a set of tactics, but it'd be great to hear Dr Chermack's opinion. Thanks
This woman does seem disruptive, in every sense of the word. Really super disruptive. Why would you have chosen her to be a speaker at your event? If you listen to her story, she's never started her own company. Never risked any of her own money to pursue a business venture. If she is the CEO of an ESOP company, that means she is far more of an employee than an owner. How is this apparently high functioning dumpster fire relevant to a conference for entrepreneurs?
I think that it could help people if you would explain that you are suggesting a deductive combination of the '4-Archetypes' method and the '2x2 Matrix' one, leaning towards an always-four scenarios model, based on narratives rather than inductive, on drivers and predictands (the Shell Method). Have you asked yourself "What would Pierre Wack say about my presentation?" ... a person that you should probably be very familiar with?
Because of the Governors mandate, a business could be shut down if masks are not worn. Whether masks work or not, or even if the virus isn't real, the employees are real and need jobs to survive. By not wearing a mask in a business, a person is placing the livelihood of that businesses people and families on the line.
