What about stem cells for isolated iatrogenic TR caused by trans venous ICD lead extraction? If the patient doesn't have anything crossing the valve but is left with prolapse and moderate TR (eccentric jet of 2.1 m/s), could stem cells injected into the valve help if the patient is in their twenties or thirties (age)?
So sad that we have cardiologists prefering to do a surgery than resolve the causes of blockage which are related to blood flow and arterial stiffness. Please read dr Gregory Sloop.
