Well, Mr. Krauss just wants to be popular by saying that science doesn't have any beliefs. There is a fundamental belief in empiricism, which is the basis of the scientific method. I am talking about the scientific method, not science. We first belief that empiricism can lead to truth. So, we start testing things in order to find what truth is. But a skeptical would say why you have this kind of belief that the thing which has evidence can be considered to be true? Scientific method is based on a firm belief that "empirical evidence can lead to truth". Without this belief you cannot have a scientific method and in turn science itself. Every knowledge begins with a belief. Beliefs are common in religious philosophies as well as scientific philosophies. Without beliefs everyone would be a skeptical.
Its impossible to ask for forgiving, when you in a meniac mental senses have done such evil and cruel things. You can only pray to God and beg for forgiving. God as it is known forgive us all for everything. We all are lost children in Gods eyes.

I recent saw Come from away at the theatre, we've implemented systems like this in the past during times of crisis. Once these crisises go away people come away from them feeling a sense of loss. They're missing the unity the crisis caused, like COVID. We need to remember what we experienced during these periods, unity and human kindness and people working for benefit of everybody.
I didn’t find an interest in astronomy till after the great Carl Sagan passed away. I go back and listen to his programs and interviews and he is fantastic and I miss him, he inspired so many people. ❤
Carl Sagan' voice and message is getting overshadowed & lost by that loud music in the background... His messages are something to ponder over and the desire to even listen to this clip has just disappeared...the music is just so distracting...
I can remember, as a very young kid in 1980, watching the original "Cosmos" series which was considered important enough to be broadcast in Britain on the BBC (at a time when there were only three, count 'em, _three_ TV channels). One of the most inspirational science communicators and advocates of critical thinking there has ever been, still sorely missed but his words are with us.

I _really_ wanted to "like" this video, but Carl's wise words are *drowned out* by the OVERLY LOUD music! It's not necessary! Even when I can hear him, the music is a distraction. Sure, I can read the captions, but then I miss a lot of the visuals. This problem is widespread on RU-vid, in my view. Could my hearing be a factor? Maybe, but then there are likely at least tens of thousands of other people in that same boat.
