My band is just now (summer 2024) learning Ain't Too Proud To Beg, as well as I Can't Help Myself, both of which use the 6-stroke. What I can't understand is why the two doubles are better than making the entire thing single strokes. Does anyone have a theory?
All of these young contestants need a great teacher or two to get them on a path towards good technique, sound/tone, relaxation, even, consistent phrasing, and touch.
Wow well done little man, I'm very proud of you and I love that you have so much passion for the drums. You are a legend in the making and I'm glad I know you from birth. Superb drumming.
Its not a mistake its a masterpiece. He (or she) is able to play for such an extended period of time, while being so consistent and focused, a brilliant talent. This is going to be a great drummer of the year competition and this has got to be one of the top candidates@@hudsrc8347
