I'm a middle aged adventurer who enjoys tinkering around on cars and trucks, especially my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad 4x4. I currently also feature a Honda Pilot, Toyota Camry, and Chevy C10. My wife's 2010 honda accord v6 experienced a spark plug misfire at 53000 miles. At that time is was using about 1/2 quart of oil every 1000 miles. At 68000 another misfire occurred. That is when I installed the VCMuzzlerII (not the same one as yours). Now at 77000 miles it uses no oil at all. It is all stop and go driving with little highway driving. The results have been amazing to me. Your engine was probably too far gone but your s-vcm has reduced oil consumption. You should be happy you made the change.
@dadaking stupid 4wheelp parts didn't bolt it down acter theyvinstalled my UCA so now I had to figure out the size for the missing bolt based on videos like yours.

I went there 2 days ago and it's pretty rutted. I had issues with my GX470 rear air bags and lost clearance and had to turn back halfway up the 2 way uphill section. You will need a lot of clearance to make sure you can ride out the bumps and keep momentum. Nothing technical just have to make sure you don't stop and keep momentum.
Not that anyone cares, but I actually prefer NorCal beaches. For some reason, the way I made this video, it seems to portray that I prefer SoCal beaches 😂
My Pilot is now 12 years old and I always thought that shudder was normal. My wife recently got a new vehicle so I'm driving the this old pilot more. I did the valve adjustment over the weekend and my mechanic told me to buy the S-VCM. Thanks for your explanation and presentation of this information.
I put one in my 17 Odyssey at 70000 miles about two years ago . Best thing that I could have done. No mileage drop, better power and no eco light. Highly recommend this modification. Even the Honda techs noticed and commented on it when I took it in for service. This is a very common issue that is well documented mentioned on most Honda forums .
You can clearly see burn marks on the dist. rotor where it gets its signal from the cap. Dude "PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE" you replace these parts BEFORE you get stranded somewhere 🙄

Crescent city and N. On hwy1 is the prettiest road I have ever been on. 99 N. Into Oregon gets boring fast. I went to Antacortis,Wa. this way and got so sick of. The same trees, Mile after mile. I like 58 E. Outta Bakersfield straight over Tehachipi and into the desert. Guess I am a desert rat at heart. If I ever left Ca. It would be for Beaver, Utah.
