The victim cannot file any type of complaint against the executor / trustee period without an attorney. So what you’re not being told is that if you cannot afford to hire an attorney then you are just shit out of luck. And that means the executor / trustee can do whatever they want no matter what the will or trust says. Fiduciary duties don’t matter when the trustee isn’t challenged because the beneficiary can’t afford legal assistance.
