Do you have any footage of the homes in the neighborhood just west of this video? I live on Hawthorn and am looking for pics or videos showing my roof before I straighten shingles and covered holes. Insurance isn’t playing nice.
@@enottingham thank you anyway. You have some great footage on this video. Check out brandonpittuploads and see his 360 video of a walk down our street. I wish we had a drone. They are pretty cool.
This is amazing and equally heartbreaking footage. I have several family members who live in the newer home developments just beyond Adams St. in the upper background of this footage. Thankfully no major damage to their homes and it's truly a miracle that there wasn't mass casualties in this event. Praying for everyone affected there. 🙏🏻
We’re all fine here. Just some minor damage to the house and downed limbs - will have to get the roof replaced. Although the tornado was about a half mile from us we still had winds of 100mph. Thanks for asking!
@jberryhill42240 Thank you Earl for filming. This hurts my heart to see such damage. I grew up in Temple very sheltered in what I viewed as a Mayberry like hometown. Nothing evil ever happened there in 2024, evil came in and destroyed the ideal place. My heart is sad for the emotional and physical scars that must be happening tonight. Our little town is hurting. I pray for those who have lost so much. Know my thoughts are with you. I pray that the emotional scars and the physical damage will be rebuilt bigger and better than. Temple people are the best. May you unite and know you have our hearts and support as you get through this. #Temple Strong!
Thank you Earl for capturing this enormity of devastation. I grew up very sheltered in what I considered to be a slice of Mayberry. Nothing evil happened there. To see all this now hurts my heart. Evil invaded our little hometown. May God continue to protect the residents and first responders. My heart and prayers are with my friends and family. #TemplevStrong
Thank you for sharing this, Earl! I’ve stayed home & have not ventured to town! It is so sad to see all the devastation!!! I know Bill was out late serving as county judge/emergency management person! He & everyone else have all been very busy all day too!! Prayers for all those who have lost so much & for all those helping in the clean up/aftermath!!!🙏
Earl Nottingham, Temple resident and retired Master photographer for Texas Parks & Wildlife Dept., also owns a drone photography firm. He is used to shooting under pressure and under deadline. We hope no injuries were sustained and Waco -- 30 miles away and no stranger to deadly twisters -- sends prayers and regards . . . and likely more help, assistance, etc. if/when requested.
Thanks Preston! So far, we’re OK. Thunderstorms keep coming through today. We dodged the bullet on house damage but have tons of tree limbs down. I’m amazed at how widespread the wind damage is around town.
I still think about the time we sat in a truck at Caves Amarillo (sic) waiting for a thunder storm to pass. And then seeing the dry wash we had just crossed fill with 3 feet of rushing water.
*We have taken it out twice so far and love it **enjoyable.fishing** recommend it only takes 5 mins to inflate. Seats are comfortable, kayak handles well. We love it so far!!*
Hi, I have a question, some buddy told me a but that kayak and he said is very heavy to drive, that's is true, it's because I want to buy one but I'm not sure right now, thank you so much
Using Ridiculous Humor To Smack Down The Plandemiic Psy-Op of the luciferian operative's agendas of economy destruction, forced vaccines, gun control, and The Elimination of The US Constitution; is Fine & Dandy, BUT Who Else is WILLING TO STAND UP & CALL BULLSHIT ON THE LIES THAT WE ALL ARE BEING FORCE-FED 24/7?
*We took them out Saturday for the first time. The water was flat, the kayak did beautifully⊳⊳>**share4.photo/HKayak?1 ** I am slightly over the weight capacity and I was not sure if I was going to be riding too low but my boat was not any lower than my fiances who is well within the weight capacity. I don't know how to swim but I still felt safe and at point did I feel like I was going to tip. It was easy to maneuver even for me a first timer. On our way back it got slightly windy but still I did not have any problems.*
