if this tank existed and decided to fight a m1a2sepv3 Abrams the Abrams would be able to penetrate its frontal armor easily (the m829a2 APFSDS can pen 629 mm of NERA armor at 100m 0 degrees 590mm at 2000m 0 degrees the p1000 has about 300mm of steel frontal armor .note NERA and steel are completely different stuff NERA is a bunch of different layers of material like depleaded uranium etc so in simple terms NERA > steel armor) and would probably one shot it if it hit the ammo/spalling if the p1000 scored a direct hit the shell would likely not penetrate but over pressure/hull break/ destroy the welding of the Abrams depending on the type of shell used. but if this Monster existed back during ww2 even the most advanced Allied tanks wouldn't be able to really do anything to it tanks like the is3(if it somehow made it to the war) m26 t34-85 etc would not be able to penetrate the p1000 armor flanking also wouldn't be a option cause side armor is also very thick the only hope would be CAS(close air support) even with the aa armament CAS would still likely be able to score a few Direct hits. all it takes is a few 500lbs then the p1000 would be disabled All of this is based off my knowledge correct me if I'm wrong

The tank seems like a good idea because of how unstoppable it would be to most conventional weapons, but it would be stupidly expensive to make, fuel, and maintain, and bombers and artillery could easily hit it
