@@Dapperwrench The spacers are 1.5" thick. The existing studs were 1.75" long. Had to cut off .25" because too long. If I eliminate spacers, the cut will not matter. 1.5" of stud is more than needed for lug nuts.
I belive the harness connector that is unused behind the dash connects to a Aux / USB a traction control switch, and a 12v outlet plug from the higher end models. i was tooling around and found that same harness connector on my 2012 nv2500, you can clearly see it at video spot 4:15 (right side) of the red tape. I cannot find anything on this to prove this though do you happen to know anything?

@@timbcarlson It's the front that has the clearance issue. My 32.3" Carnivores with a round shoulder, do not rub in the front. I tried Cooper 33x12.50s STT PROs measuring 32.72", with the square shoulder, and those rubbed badly in the front when turning. I switched to 32 x 11.50 STT PROs DOT rated with a square shoulder, measuring 31.57.Those are fine..Each brand has a different circumference, width,and shoulder.
I hard wired one to my 1978 but it kills the battery overnight if not plugged in . Not what I wanted. I don’t want to hook up the battery every time I use it.
Yes..I shall try that. I can verify that idle is super quiet. Lower RPMs and not loud. I upshift quickly with the paddles to keep the RPM low, hence more quiet.. Heavy throttle / high RPMs are loud

I feel your pain. Got a front end rattle in mine and the only thing i havent replaced are the struts. Getting ready to change them next weekend. Keep in mind the struts could have a bad piston or valve in one of them. I didnt see you push and pull the shock rod to check them. They dont always leak when they are bad. These dodges are appearing to be rattle traps.
I think some states don't accept this under the law licensing. Most states require you live in the state the offroad license is issued. Wisconsin and Michigan are two.. South Dakota did the same thing couple years ago stating YOU belonged to a SOUTH DAKOTA BUSINESS CORPORATION inorder to license it in South Dakota... THAT'S ILLEGAL TO SIGN AN LEGAL DOCUMENT UNDER FALSE CIRCUMSTANCES... There was no valid Business Corporation in SD!! IT WAS A SCAM!!!
