What a tape mute underneath the ride, Tama hardware, and weird kit combination... Pathetic officials and event officials. Hey Seoul, Can't you do it right? You all these paychecks? -from. Seoul
Update: We didn't get in...not even into the first round. The committee who organized this gave us some "stock critiques" in an email. They said, "Nice voice color", which I think means good singing tone? Another was "band needs to be tighter" which cracks me up because this is one of our more challenging songs and lastly, "wish the band sing more on chorus" which makes no sense to me. We (the band) came to the conclusion that the committee involved felt that working with a foreigner band would have been too difficult for everybody involved so they just cut us before it became a problem. No hard feelings, not surprised just feel a little disappointed. Anyway, got a video out of it and The Stops can focus on playing live and our own material. Thanks for reading!
I absolutely love Chris Coleman and his drumming! He's so powerful but so graceful and musical at the same time! This man's time signatures are unreal also! He's a special man and a wonderful personality too boot, what an inspirational man✌

Probably a pretty rough gig for the poor translator: Mayer's using technical terms that the guy has never heard before, and while Meyer's own English is good it's not native-speaker perfect either ... but he talks very fast.
