I'm in CC Connected and not able to find the specific flow chart you reference in the directions for the "Essentials Student Notebook." I searched: your name, "ats flow chart reference sheet", "question confirmation flow chart." I found one but made by a different user. Is yours still available in CCC?
This was very helpful, thank you! I wanted to get a better idea of what the flashcards looked like and the added supplement to study and stay organized is priceless! I am just getting started with CC and plan to order those cards from Homeschool Story.
I am searching question confirmation flowchart in forums on ccconnected and I cannot find this resource. Any additional tips on how to find it? I tried the exact URL you listed as well and it was not found. Thank you.
Thank you SO much! We are currently traveling and I’m having to do my son’s final year and my daughters first year of essentials without my community and this is SO helpful!!
Henle books with a copyright of 1953, classical conversations has successfully made Latin a hated, taxing language with opportunities for the entrepreneurial parents. There are FOUR books to do Latin and it's a successful money making partnership for CC. Thank you for working so hard on these videos. Blessings to you and your family for making them free for all.
Thank you 🙏🏻 oh my.. This is my first year really dipping into homeschooling and curriculum. I literally have knot in my back and so much self doubt. But truly hoping I can homeschool and do well. Thanks for this video! I was stressing on history and science the most
This video spoke to me on so many levels! Why do we make it more difficult that it should be? You laid it out so simple, read, ask questions about what you read, talk about what you read. What’s amazing is that this can be applied to any subject or unit study. I can’t thank you enough!
YOU ARE A GENIUS! We are already doing notebook with my 1st grader for copy work & handwriting, spelling etc. He does interest based pages as well. We have basically been unschooling for social studies because my son is not interested in history (we do a little geography which he's more interested in) but I'm going to be trying out your method. I love it's simplicity. I'm all about minimalism & making life easier and cheaper. This is perfect. Thank you!
Hi! Thank you for all your wonderful and helpful videos. We are first year homeschoolers and have a son in Challenge A. I'd really like to get those geography term cards (the ones with pictures and laminated). Where did you purchase them?
Another suggestion is for the book publishers to provide/sell a separate map pack of the color/blackline maps that the students can use so we don't have to bend the book copying them! :)
Hi, I realize this video is older, but I was wondering if you could explain how the children are taught to draw the weekly maps by heart and how to put it all together on a world map at the end of the year. Do they use long. and lat. grids? Do they start with tracing or do they just practice each day to draw their own copying from the model? Any tips to help with scale, proportion, placement? Thank you if you see this!
A challenge a student only a couple weeks until I am done It is a really fun program in anybody and everybody should try it is really fun and you should continue with it that’s what I’m going to do
Thanks for the video. CC also recommends the DVDs that go with the course. Do you know if those would be helpful or are there better resources out there to spend $150 on? Thanks again.
