On the subject of emotional disregulation and my life: I’ve haven’t avoided some of the hazards of disregulation. Driving on the wrong side of the road while angry; losing work contracts while acting out; more angry than needed around family; upset while waiting in line;etc.

Thanks for this interview. I've been referred by a neurologist for testing and I can't find anyone in New York City who does neuropsychological testing and accepts my insurance. The assessment costs $5000 at a minimum. I'm at the end of my wits--just putting that out here!
This is really helpful as something to share with others. I work with a lot of people that are responsible for young people throughout the whole education and care system and the lack of knowledge and compassion/empathy is really sad. As it is in society generally. Thanks for this resource.
I got diagnosed with ADHD, General Anxiety Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder in my 30s. I've always felt anxious as a child but did extremely well academically and socially in school. The anxiety got worse when I was in my early 20s and felt depressed for several weeks but thought nothing much of it after. I started taking Concerta for my ADHD two weeks ago after getting diagnosed and the anxiety and low moods have disappeared for the most part. Makes me wonder what I could have achieved if I didn't feel so self-conscious and frantic in my head all the time.

This is the 23rd video Jordan has pushed on me on May 17.. Jordan needs to address the fact he cannot practice psychology or be a psychologist until he fixes his license. As part of a disciplinary probation order, a period of suspension may be imposed prior to the effective date of the probation. The Board's Disciplinary Guidelines provide details of the conditions under which a suspension may be made a part of the probation order. During suspension, licensees may not practice psychology or refer to themselves as psychologists. As indicated above in "Probation," suspensions are considered disciplinary actions associated with probation orders and, as such, are public information and provided to consumers upon request. Jordan is a Frasier Crane wannabe. He is an entertainer not a psychologist. Because he sells books and videos and lectures, THAT IS NOT THERAPY. He needs to address his bad conduct in courts in the case of Case 1 Sordi v. Sordi, 2009 CanLII 80104 (ON SC) he defamed a parent in court. In the case 2 R. v. Pearce, 2012 MBQB 22 (CanLII) he tried to free a murderer. Then in the case Peterson v. College of Psychologists of Ontario, 2023 ONSC 4685, he tried to avoid taking responsibility. He also tried to interfere in a family court case in Montana, the Kolstadt case, where there was a GAG order, he unprofessionally diagnosed a minor without interviews or assessments, and tried to defend unfit parents.
Just because something is subliminally perceived doesn't mean it's a simulation, and not real. It also doesn't mean it can't actually be perceived (with focused attention). Need a stronger example. And how do determine what is real according to Prof. Hoffman's theory?
Net private wealth in the world stands at approximately 450 trillion (2022 figure). She expects these tech companies to become worth 200 trillion in a deflationary time. So basically expecting them to take over half the world. I just don't see it.
