any advice for a Hoosier bank fisherman? I'm near Eagle Creek area all I've caught in the last 2 months is one 11 inch crappie... looking to try to get slabs... do you do tours?
I've never fished Eagle Creek. Most lakes have a map available for fishermen. It will show the depth as well as areas that fish inhabit. I know there are facebook groups for eagle creek fishing as well. I've found facebook groups can be pretty helpful for people that ask questions. Here is a link to one group facebook.com/groups/286814498828277/ Here's a link to a map citybase-cms-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/7cf0167dc1e94b91aeefa755088ed226.pdf
Hey, for anyone that was watching at the end, I have to apologize. My phone ran out of battery and I had no clue that it was running that low. I managed to catch another decent white crappie and turned to show the camers and realized it was dead. Thanks for watching!
It would be nice if they would take some of the 7-8 inch crappie home. I think it's necessary at this point in order for the fishery to recover properly. They've had a hyrdaulic dredging project going on the past couple of years. I think that has hurt the fishery as well. It's been a couple of years since I've been able to pull slabs out on a regular basis. It's still a wonderful lake to fish.
