Thank you for the interesting presentation. It looks to me like a Mother goddess of war with scaled skin. (I think that there are still African tribes whose men incise crocodilian marks on the skin). Horns probably represent both power to gore enemies as well as the cow as giver of nourishment. The white thing above her head… hard to say. Maybe it’s light. I strongly suspect that it’s got something to do with the creature depicted in white paint on the left.

If you look at the videos of the Mursi tribe in Ethiopia you can see the same wristlets and anklets and they do the body scarificatioon and body painting. Their tribe is one that herds cattle that have horns that are this large as well. I think this was a goddess for the women if the tribe. I think the people in the background are a different time period and culture. The woman with the rainbow is not a rainbow but the little round huts they build to this day. The women and children are in charge of building the huts.

Persian civilisation was the first union of 20 countries from Asia, India, Middle East, North Africa to Europe. The law and order was established by the first federal government on this planet (located in Iran) of the largest country with the richest culture that mankind has ever seen. If that civilisation stayed in power, women didn't lose their rights for 3000 years on this planet. Slavery would be abolished and all races were treated equally. Shame on humankind to lose all that.
