Useless job. Interrupting people in the private affair. They aren't in the best interest of the child. They say it in the paper work your who is signing up is giving up rights. And the oblige does not provide visitations or custody affairs so how is it in the best interest of the child??
A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS 1 Does HR include questions they don't want to deal with? 2 Does HR ask questions they're sure leadership won't deal with? 3. What happens when a manager or leader rejects proven-accurate suggestions? Can HR escalate to the CEO? 4 What is the impact on engagement when employees realize nothing impactful changes survey after survey? 5 Gallup's ubiquitous "21% more profitable" is the standard bearer for the most often quoted reason for doing EE/EX. Why do leaders not require HR to prove a return on EE/EX projects, like other projects in the enterprise? 6 Has anyone ever seen Gallup share results from the Q12 that impacted profits? 7 Why are CEOs not directly involved in EE/EX initiatives? 8. Why are no EE/EX service companies basing their fees on improved business metrics? How did you answer these eight questions before judging that this is a "let's dump on HR" piece? Having attended hundreds of CEO staff meetings with CHROs present at many companies, I can say that consensus rules. Absent safety and regulatory issues, disagreements are rare. How long will readers continue to spend billions before they start to ask, what are we getting back? DEI is now facing that pushback, and it's only been around for a few years. Suppose the purpose of EE/EX is to improve profits. Why are there no questions directly involving dumb policies (employees refer to this as the bull shit that gets in their way), corporate bullies, wasted spending, a sacred cow department generating little or no value, and blocked revenue opportunities? #employeeengaement #HR #humanresources #employeeexperience #managementconsulting #leadership
Nothing is going to change because never forgetting or forgiving the experimental medical procedures forced onto employees by employers, The hate lasts forever now. You reap what you sow. Disengaged forever.
@@milmex317th You played a part in bringing a child into this world and guess what? It's your responsibility to support it. I can't imagine being the child of a father like you who bitches and moans about supporting them just because you hate their mother. You know well enough it costs a LOT of money to raise a child, and the parent with primary custody (probably your ex) contributes way more than you do in the end with time, money, love, etc. Thank god my dad never pulled that shit because on top of paying for my ass, he'd have a child who disowns him too. Talk about an angry, bitter man cursing children just because he got dumped.

I've never seen a company take so long to run scantron test forms through a machine. People are just trying to get their results for a Notary Examination. You should have seen the proctor at the test site. It was like he was a 7 year old that they hired with a major attitude problem.
That's just the nature of public service. The pay isn't necessarily great, but the benefits and job security are unrivaled, not to mention you are serving the public and helping the most vulnerable. I know this comment is older but as a public servant, I thought I could give an answer.
