@@muhammadanfall8487 omg was exactly the same for me! But now three weeks later I can do it easily consistently. Just a quick tip: Dont train too hard even tho it feels good. Like if you are sore and still do 30 backflips a day its not good. I did it and just want to tell you that. But at least 5 backflips a day to not unlearn it. You got this bro💪 How old are you btw?
@@muhammadanfall8487 I am 15 turning 16 next month. I know exactly what you are going through, happened to me too and seeing these "I learned a backflip in 1 day" videos didn't help at all. lol. So my technique was to make the ground so soft that even if I landed on my neck it didn't hurt. That built up my confidence and I was able to backflip. Now exactly what I did: I took my matress and seat cushion (its called 'Sitzkissen' in german, I dont know the english word) out in the garden, put the matress on grass and the 'Sitzkissen' on top. (But anything soft enough should work if you dont have this stuff). So I tried a backflip on that and landed on my back. Didn't hurt. I tried to rotate a little more and landed on my neck a few times. Didn't hurt at all because it was so soft. Then I tucked and landed on my knees. The fear was broken. Now I gave it full power but still landed on my knees because I backfliped on something higher than what I was standing on. Then I slowly removed the 'Sitzkissen' and only did it on the matress. Landed. So now I could do a backflip from the ground on matress but not fully on ground because of my fear. How did I overcome it? I just stepped a few inches forward and backflipped. And then a few inches more. And some more. Until I was standing about half a meter infront of the matress and didn't land on it anymore but on the grass. So thats how I tricked my brain👌 But because I was scared the next day again I had to do the same stuff again. And I did this for about a week until I didn't need it anymore. And that's how... ...I learned a backflip🥳🥳🥳 I hope this helps you too🤗
On the tramp you need to throw your arms backwards jump a little bit backwards bring your knees and grab your knees and then you start spinning under your feet
I just learned mine and I would try it I were u to add more Bounce on the trampoline and then when u have u backflip take away the bounce and then try on the grass
