Hi Muniba Ali, I really appreciate your hard work. I have been searching for the authentic recipe of pista house haleem since long time and this seems to be the best among many on youtube. I see there are 108 videos on your channel but you have very less views. Plz don't be nervous as hardwork never go in vein. One day you will rock... I will try this tomorrow and get back to you.. I tried it out second time today while giving iftar party and it came out amazingly well and got so many compliments. The recipe is also so simple that I did it without any help from my wife. I made it for 2.5 kg with some modifications. 1. Ratios I only used as if cooking for 1.5 kg meat 2. After one hour in pressure cooker, i removed around 1 kg meat, deboned them and added it near the the end after adding the daals coz I like pieces of meat in the haleem. 2. After 2 hours, in pressure cooker, I also deboned all the pieces coz I was getting problem with bone splinters 3. I added little bit of garam masala powder Thank you once again for an amazing recipe.. Any tips or ingredients to improve it further? Im happy to put in more effort or ingredients if it improves the taste.

As u have tried this recipe I wanna ask you I have one doubt, did the wheat flour slurry used in this recipe gave you a sticky lye type of a consistency?

Make sure you reduce the amount of ghee n oil suggested as its a little too much

Tried it out and it came really well.. Great taste. Couldnt compare it with pista house but it was similar type with a great taste. You have maintained the ratios really well ....Thanks a lot for taking the effort to make such a good video

I am trying to understand this recipe, I have watched this video maybe 5x. I am surprising my boyfriend with this dish, he is from Hyderabad and this is his favorite. I have never attempted Indian cuisine, wish me luck 😅
