Repairing electronics - I’ll fix pretty much anything with a power button! Email Natan@wolfrepairs.com or text/WhatsApp 347.766.9653 to book any repair. Mail-ins accepted!
If you’re referring to the bottom cover, that is so I can disconnect the battery. Standard procedure before doing any work on electronics so there’s no voltage running through the system.
I mean if you’re referring to the pull those behind the LCD - it didn’t snap it or leave over any tape behind the LCD, once it gets to the end it pulls out with a bang! 😄
@@mishaelgonzales8808 Ah I understands yes that can be difficult. If the adhesive is stuck behind the lcd you can carefully use some heat or ISO and it will come off. Glad you got it done!
Hi sorry I’m not sure what you mean, if you have a question you can also send me a picture via email to Natan@wolfrepairs.com or WhatsApp me 347.766.9653
If you mean the lcd back cover, you’d have to remove the LCD and any components attached to the back cover. Then unscrew it from the hinges. If you need a repair we do accept mail ins. You can WhatsApp me 3477669653
This is a short not an instructional video. Look here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZgfXscaN-tk.html at 0:57 I show the process in more detail. Good luck! Feel free to reach out regarding mail-in repairs if you need help.
I have the molds but never use them, the LS2 is so accurate you don’t need to worry as long as you calibrate the drawing properly. Also using the molds you have to laser over the whole back-glass so the process is much much longer and wears out the laser head faster. That’s why I don’t use them :)
Took me a little while to figure out why your instructions can't help me but it's because there's actually two almost identical model names! Yours is a Lenovo Ideapad 5 15IIL05 and mine is a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 15IIL05! The Flex has only a little tiny bezel at the bottom of the screen and the power button is on the edge of the laptop on the right side. Screen replacement is a whole other thing with the Flex. Thanks for posting though, it helped remind me how crazy these computer manufacturers can be.
Я смотрел другое видео по замене матрицы, там не снимали батарею и у меня сгорел предохранитель, потому что я не отключил батарею. Вы молодец что сказали про батарею.
You didn’t show how to remove the connector cable on the old LCD and how to put it back together. The new screen has connections that need to be put back on.
There is only one connection for the lcdv cable and at 1:10 I describe how to disconnect (and reconnect) by flipping the small latch up to allow the cable to come out and then snap it back down when reconnecting the cable
