Sorry but I recently endured a week-long stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang, and I feel compelled to share the nightmarish experience I had at this establishment. From the moment I entered the premium room, it became apparent that the term "premium" was a gross misrepresentation of the actual conditions. Firstly, the room was infested with mosquitoes, and the source of this pest invasion seemed to be the shower drain. To combat this, I had to resort to covering the drain with disinfectant wipes, a measure that should never be necessary in a so-called premium accommodation. The toilet presented an entirely different horror. Within a few hours of flushing, all kinds of unpleasant content resurfaced. The maintenance person had the audacity to dismiss these issues as "normal," displaying a shocking lack of concern for guest satisfaction. The air conditioning unit added insult to injury by failing to function properly. This, combined with the tropical heat, made the room virtually uninhabitable. Despite the rooms being labeled as non-smoking, a persistent cigarette smell lingered in the mornings and afternoons. My mini air purifier even confirmed this with its red-lit smoke symbol. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, an Asian lady with short hair, glasses, and a suit, her response was nothing short of appalling. Rather than expressing any form of apology, she responded with an indifferent "ugh ok" before promptly ignoring me to focus on her phone and computer. In an astonishing display of unprofessionalism, she even smirked and laughed when informed about the toilet problems-a truly childish act unbecoming of a manager. To add insult to injury, when faced with an urgent need for a one-night extension, the staff refused to provide any discount despite the multitude of problems I had encountered. This entire experience has left me questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews on platforms like Google and Expedia. In conclusion, my stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang was a regrettable and infuriating ordeal, marked by subpar conditions, apathetic staff, and a complete disregard for guest well-being. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before subjecting themselves to such an unpleasant and unprofessional environment...
Hi, from CIQ it's relative near. I assume it's around 400m from the CIQ exit. You should use the bridge from CIQ to City Square Mall, and go through the mall for the shortcut. The Suasana all suites is located just across the street from the other side of the mall. It's located behind the Zenith lifestyle center. You can take the lift or the escalator beside Haidilao hot pot, and continue walking through the door beside 7-11. The hotel on the right is Suasana Suites, and on the left is Amari hotel (which also in my other video). Hope it helps, thank you for visiting!
Hi, actually we didn't try the hotel breakfast since we were more interested in having the food from the nearby food court, which was quite good with decent price and lots of choices. We only tried the pizza from the room service, which was quite good.
Hi thank you for your input. For some areas we prefer to look for the street food or food court, as the hotel breakfast is quite standard and also a bit pricey 😊. But we will consider it in our next videos.
Hi, the nearest MRT will be Rochor (Blue line) and Bugis (Green line). But we usually go there via Bugis so that we can buy some food around the Bugis Street (There's Albert foodcourt which has lots of good food). Thanks
