I hope they don’t screw up the softball like they did in Pittsburgh 😡Nothing like playing softball the first week in May in 40 degree weather. That was ridiculous. It needs to be in the summer and 2 sessions. 50,60,70,80 and then 55,65,75 like it was in the past😡They Definitely need to step up there game in the softball sports after what they did to us in Pittsburg.
I've had smitty's once passing threw Des Moines, reminded me that alot of the best things in life are the more simple things. Not everything needs bells n whistles. 🔥
Not sure about the idea of “Catch Des Moines.” What does that even mean? How does one catch a place? Makes it sound like a disease, as in, “I caught Des Moines somewhere, and now I’m sick in bed.” 🤔
I took a trip up to the Midwest and passed through Des Moines and had a meal and I must say the people there were the friendliest of the several states I visited. Cheers to you guys from Douglas in Dallas!
When we moved to Des Moines in 1980, my dad called it “fun city.” The hats, coffee cups and t-shirts with this logo have long disappeared, but it made the move here a little more exciting.
Shouts out to Isserrettes Drillteam. One of the midwests longest running drillteams whom this comercial so conveniently forgot to mention but literally featured them throughout the entire video and is one of the cities best attributes when it comes to entertainment.
